Shipping Policy
Our shipping methods are generally USPS, unless its a larger piece, then it will be shipped with UPS as its cheaper for you for us to ship larger items with UPS.
For larger pieces of furniture we have options for shipping please message us prior to purchasing any furniture pieces that will need to be shipped. We make it painless to buy and ship larger pieces.
Return & Exchange Policy
Since most of our items are made to order, or customized we don't have a refund policy unless your item is damaged in shipping and with all items we ship we insure all items to help cover the cost of damage.
If you get your item and its damaged. Please email us pictures of your item with the damage clearly shown for us to turn into UPS or USPS. After receiving the photo's we will gladly replace the item that you received that was damaged and ship it out immediately.
In my past life I was a rural mail carrier and I know what packages go through. So we really try to pack all items with care to help keep them from being damaged. It still does happen.
